Kart Filer 1.1

At last, a karting record keeping solution that fits your individual needs. All serious racers acknowledge the benefits of keeping accurate records of their racing endeavors. However, not all agree on what specific data is the most beneficial. The type of data we require is as varied as the style of racing we do. That is why we at Nacoma Software have created a program that allows the user to easily customize the data acquisition screens to fit their individual requirements.

Customizing is done through the Kart Filer designer. The designer allows you to customize the data entry screens, adding, modifying, and deleting components directly from the program. Once you have customized a data screen, any value placed in these components while in the editor will be stored in the database.

The Kart Filer is installed with a default set of components. You can use the Kart Filer as installed or add, delete or modify any components that are available in the designer. In fact all default customized data screens were created using the designer.

Kart Filer is shareware. You may evaluate the trial version of Kart Filer a maximum of thirty times, after which you are required to either register your copy of Kart Filer or discontinue using the program. The registration fee is $29.95, upon registration you will be given a code that will convert your evaluation program into a registered version.

For installing on computers without internet access, download the following two files to diskettes.

To install KartFiler from the Diskettes,
1 Insert Diskette 1 into a floppy disk drive.
2 Click the Start button and select Run. 
3 Enter the drive letter followed by KFInst.exe. For example, a:KFInst.exe. 
4 Follow the instructions on your screen.
